No reception counter is functional enough !!! Messy lobby cluttered with staff equipment!!! Room keys frequently malfunctioned, causing unnecessary trips back to reception!!! Overall organization could improve drastically!!!

The kids enjoyed hours of fun in the pool area, filled with games and toys that kept them entertained. The Classic Double Room with Sofa Bed offered ample space and comfort, great to unwind after a long day.
The room we stayed in wasn't very fresh upon arrival, and we later encountered insects, not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The noise level from the hallways was quite bothersome, especially with kids playing late into the night as we were trying to settle down.

nice stay but some improvements needed
The breakfast was quite enjoyable! The pool area was fun for the kids and had plenty of games to keep them entertained. The extra bed for children was comfortable and functional. I appreciated the spacious room that provided us with ample storage and relaxation space after our outings. We also had a lovely meal at the on-site restaurant, a nice surprise in terms of quality and taste.
While we appreciated the spaciousness, the hotel felt quite busy at times.

The hotel was close to Bron Les Alizés, perfect for evening outings. We had clean rooms and the location was ideal for exploring local spots. Highly recommend checking out the entertainment district and grabbing a bite in the area.
The room was not cleaned during our 3-day stay, and we had to address this issue multiple times with staff. Their response was not satisfactory.

Used the Novotel Bron as a stopover. Clean room with decent space for four, with a double bed and twin camp beds for our teens. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, and the separate shower was quite handy. Public areas had a relaxed vibe, and seating was abundant. The hotel felt very busy with families, leading to noise in the hallways. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. On-site dining was a bit overpriced, and the food didn't quite meet expectations. It had its ups and downs, but I appreciated the clean facilities and spacious areas.
